Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Net Information Resource Based on Fuzzy Sets Theory

摘要：

Based on the analysis of need for evaluation of network information resources, and in accordance with the network information resourcess subjectivity, fuzziness in evaluating things, this paper proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of net Information resource based on the fuzzy sets theory, which make expert qualitative evaluation results can be transformed into quantitative data in computing. The model can make full use of knowledge, experiences of experts during the evaluation.
