Objectivity of Chinese Academic Journal Evaluation in Bibliometric System and Accuracy of Results

摘要：

The classical theory basis, objective evaluation index system and scientific evaluation method result in credible evaluation results. However, core journal evaluation, based on bibliometrics, has the inevitable limits that the quantitative indexes have. It is important to improve academic journal evaluation system and offer good academic environment for the evaluation. Meanwhile, the indexes should be designed to focus on the development and globalization of journal publication and in avoid of artificial operation on data, while Chinese social science journal evaluation should tend to be more local.
