Principles and Elements of University Evaluation

摘要：

University evaluation can comprehensively reflect the essential attribute of a university, is a comprehensive evaluation to the overall strength and competitiveness of the university, is also an important theoretical and practical problems of the world-class universities construction. In view of the importance of university evaluation for university advancement, this article elaborates the principles and elements in the process of university evaluation.
