Strengthening Statistical Capacity Building of High Education for Enhancing Public Credibility of University Evaluation
In order to solve the problem of lower quality and availability of data producing different results in university evaluation,this paper puts forward a new concept on statistical capacity in Chinese high education system, expatiates its definition and core factors. Furthermore, analyzes the present situation in statistical capacity in Chinese high education. At last proposes specific measures to enhance statistical capacity, reliability and public credibility of university evaluation.
