A Case Study of Improving the Competitive Advantage of HEIs Oriented to Local Economy Development
This paper fust reviews the evaluation criterion of first-class university and the concept system of HEIs (higher education institutions) core competence. Then the paper carries on theoretical research on the basis of HEIs development strategies from the point of promoting balanced and interactive development between HEIs and local economy, and also analyzes HEIs core competence with some relevant cases. In the end, the paper does some empirical research on improving the core competence of Tianjin s HEIs oriented to Tianjin Binhai New Area.
