Study on Status and Influence Factor of Network Academic Impact: A Case Study on China Sports Core Journals
Applying interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics, the authors analyzed the main factors influencing the web academic impact of Chinese core sports journals. Article quality, literature openness, being included by database, web articles, academic norms, and total articles are the above-mentioned factors. Counter-measures are proposed as the followings: the ideological concept must be shifted; network dissemination should be emphasized to improve academic impact; editors network skills must be cultivated; functions of website must be continuously improved for user-friendly service; editing norms must be carefully executed to strive for being included by more database; article quality, topic and background must be paid more attention to improve the web a-cademic impact of the sports journals.
