Fuzzy Assessment of Chinese University Actuality Level and Development Trend
We take some typical universities as the estimate guide-line to set up university evaluation system of comprehensive strength and development trend in which the competitiveness and the creativity are the main index. Based on the data of competitiveness and science & engineering creativity of universities from Research Center for Chinese Science Evaluation(1), we use scalar instruments such as fuzzy relevancy degree, golden mean and most subjection principle to introduce a kind of intuitionistic and exercisable measure for development evaluation of universities. Thereby weuse this measure to take a respective study of positivism on comprehensive strength and creativity of 10 universities of science & engineering.
