Performance Evaluation of Rural Minimum Living Standard Security System in China

摘要：

This paper establishes a scientific performance evaluation index system, and evaluates the performance of rural minimum living standard security system in the period of 2007-2008 in china through AHP method. According to the result, the paper finds that there is an obvious difference and hierarchy in the performance of rural minimum living standard security system between different provinces and regions, there is no inevitable relation between the performance and the economic development level. The entire level of the system performance has been improved, but still there is a certain distance between the present situation and the object
