Research on Evaluation System of Science and Technology Works of Local Universities

摘要：

Based on a careful analysis of existing scientific performance and achievements appraisal system, this paper puts forward a system of performance evaluation and achievement appraisal of scientific researches in colleges and universities, which consists of explicit goal task of science and technology, the quality of completed tasks and working state. After empirical practice, the result finally indicates that the evaluation system not only is scientific in nature, but also has the widespread practicality.
