Teachers College of Provincial Status and Functional Evaluation

Evaluation of universities in China has a more than 20 years history, but the only existing university evaluation index system for comprehensive key university, from our multi-level school characteristics, evaluation of effectiveness is not strong. Provincial normal school, which is different from the comprehensive universities, also not the same with subordinates university, should be developed consistent with provincial normal running status and characteristics to the evaluation criteria, through the evaluation to guide the development of provincial normal schools for basic education and high-quality personnel.
