SWOT Analysis of the Patent Management of Research University

摘要：

It is a special method to evaluate a university according to the patent management. Over the past quarter-century there is a dramatic growth of patenting and licensing in our research universities. Based on the SWOT analysis, this paper summarized the characters of the patent management of research universities, and put forward the patent strategies of research universities.
