Graduating Students Satisfaction to University Based on Structural Equation Model
The survey data on graduating students satisfaction to Northeast Agricultural University were analyzed by structural equation model. The result shows that main factors affecting the students satisfaction to the university are service satisfaction and infrastructure satisfaction. However, the main factors affecting personal growth self-evaluation are the moral satisfaction and teaching satisfaction. We reveal that students want to get knowledge and abilities, want to become a customer and receive better services as well. This further demonstrated the differences between goals of the university and objectives of the students.
