Characteristics and Distribution of Research Papers in the Field of Informetrics (2000-2009):An Empirical Study

摘要：

This study explored the global characteristics and development trends of research papers in the field of informetrices from 2000 to 2009. A total of 7516 papers included in Web of Science were analyzed in terms of publication year, authorship, institution information, authors nationality and keywords. The findings were reported.
