The higher education is getting more and more prominent in the international competition and national development function. Therefore, various countries have enlarged investment to higher education. With the government and society for higher education requests and expectation rising, it is necessary to promote the higher education organization through each method to carry on the competition and the development. University appraise is one of the most important methods, not only promoted competition between universities, also expanded universitys influence.
