Construction on the Security System of teaching Quality within Independent Colleges in a New Era--Empirical Study on South China Institute of Software Engineering Guangzhou University

摘要：

Teaching quality is a crucial factor which affects the students develops positioning. Therefore, it is very significant to construct a scientific a security system. The article is focus on the construction of Independent colleges, by the means of the subjects, contents of security system. South China Institute of Software Engineering Guangzhou University (SCISE) is the sample of this study to describe the contents of the system and come up the far-reaching issues.
