Governmental Function in the Policy Implementation of Independent Innovation

摘要：

This paper discusses the governmental function in the policy implementation of independent innovation. It is believed that the government should play the role behind the scenes in the process of independent innovation policy implementation, and return the power of resources allocation to market after realizing the separation of government and market. Based on documentary research and data analysis, this paper proposes a strategy that government should promote independent innovation through financial support 、tax policy adjustment 、 the dominant position of enterprises highlightment etc.
