Fibrinolytic enzymes: Diversity and fractions analysis

摘要：

Introduction: Thrombolytic enzymes are normally generated in the endothelial cells of the blood vessels. As the body ages, production of these enzymes begins to decline, making the blood more prone to coagulation. This can lead to cardiac or cerebral infarction, as well as other conditions such as angina pectoris, senile dementia and diabetes. Fibrinolytic enzyme can be used as antithrombosis agent for thrombosis patients.
