Enhanced thermostability of pro27RCL from Rhizopus chinenesis by directed evolution
Introduction Rhizopus chinenisis(CC7CCM2Q 1021) was screened from DaQu of the strong aroma type of Chinese liquor. In our previous studies, a strain of R. Chinenisis CCTCCM201021 with high lipase synthetic activity was screened from DaQu and the lipase gene from this strain was cloned and expressed in Pichia pastoris 1,2.
