摘要：

The influence of annealing treatment on P3HT: PCBM organic solar cells with e-beam deposited cathodes and the different effects of annealing treatment of this type of devices from the traditional devices with the thermal evaporated cathode are investigated in this work by an easy, accurate and stable parameters extraction method.
