Strategic Thinking for New Energy Industry Development in Jiangxi
New energy has become a hot spot in the international energy field, and also the key industry encouraged to develop by the nation. Jiangxi has the unique resources advantages, and the development of the new energy industry is a rare important strategic opportunity in the spanning development in the economy. Around the resources advantages, on the basis of the existing industries, priority support shall be provided to the aspects of capital, technology, talents, projects, fiscal and monetary policies, etc., especially, in capital, the investment of national and local governments shall be increased, and the initiative of the private capital invested into the new energy development shall be fully mobilized, to form leading enterprises and build key industries, and further form the industrial cluster.
