Research on Measuring Method of Contribution Rate of Inspection and Testing to Economy Growth and Social Development
The contribution measuring method to economy growth and social development were reviewed. The factors which influenced inspection and testing and their relation to economy growth were analyzed, take inspection and testing as one of the explanatory factor of technical progress, solow residual method was proposed as the measuring method of contribution rate of inspection and testing to economy growth; the factors which were related to inspection and testing and direct influenced social development were analyzed, by which 10 indicators that affected on social development were determined, the deficiency of using solow residual method and explanatory power method to measure contribution rate of inspection and testing to economy growth and social development was discussed.
