Studies on Behavior Relationship Among Dual Channel Members of the Enterprises
Under the context of e-commerce, the manufacturers employ the traditional distribution channel and the e-commerce channel at the same time, which enables them to become not only the suppliers but also intermediaries direct competitors. The situation that the intermediaries, such as wholesalers and retailers, have long occupied an important position has been changed. The channel power balance structure among the channel members is destroyed. New channel conflict is hence evoked. This paper illustrates the emergence and formation of the dual channel, analyzes the role of each member in the dual channel, and explains the relationship and cooperation between dual channels. The cooperation system of respective members in the dual channel is worthy of attention and research.
