Study on the Role of Social Responsibility on Corporation Performance Evaluation
Based on some studies of other researchers, this paper takes Puhua Water Treatment Technology Co. as an example to develop the study. First, it studies the relationship between social responsibility and corporation performance using the statistical software of SPSS 13.0 and basing related data; and we find that the correlation between them is significant, and that better corporation social responsibility will bring better corporation performance. Then, the use of balance scored card method in corporation performance evaluation is developed—social responsibility as a new performance perspective is added into the balance scored card model. At last, there is a practice in that company and a template of corporation performance measurement is given; hopefully, this paper could remind corporations of the importance of social responsibility and help them improve the company performance management.
