Research on Influence of Culture Factors on Entrepreneurial Decision-making

摘要：

The present study explores the influence of region culture factors on entrepreneurial decision by survey. Results show: there is some cultural difference between regions; and culture factors of individualism-collectivism, power distance and uncertainty avoidance have different effect on entrepreneurial decision. At last, the paper discusses the role of culture on entrepreneurial decision-making and suggests the limitation of this study and future research direction.
