The Study on the Grey Evaluation of Enterprise Strategic Learning Cycle Operation Effect Based on Whitening Function

摘要：

Enterprise strategic learning process is a cycle composed of strategic learning readiness, strategic learning implementation, strategic learning assessment and strategic learning application. After establishing enterprise strategic learning cycle operation effect evaluation indicator system, the paper raises a grey evaluation method based on whitening function to evaluate enterprise strategic learning cycle operation effect and gives an example of this method. This method is scientific, efficient and practicable, so it has a broad application prospect in actual evaluation.
