Urban Investment Environment Comprehensive Evaluation Based on Factor Analysis-Take Shaanxi Province as an Example
The regional economic growth requires the introduction of investment, whether domestic or foreign, the good and bad parts of the investment environment is key factors to attract investment. This article build the citys investment environment index system, and select 18 indicators of six subsystems of natural resources, economic, infrastructure, social services, labor force and social cultural. Study on ten prefecture-level cities of Shaanxi Province, using factor analysis method to do empirical analysis of citys investment environment. After verification, we believe the investment environment in Shaanxi cities exist gradient differences. Cities should maintain its own advantages and take effective measures for their deficiency to improve its investment environment and effectively attract capital.
