The Researches on the Factors of Engineering Project Control Based on the Sand Table Experiment

摘要：

Based on the relative theories of the engineering project management sand table experiment and engineering project control, this paper uses the sand table experiment to simulate the project of century bridge from the aspects of the formulation of the construction scheme and the planning, the purchase method of the materials, the arrangements of the construction teams and the financing methods, integrating the theory of the earned value and the analyzing software to carry out the cost control and the optimization, finding out the factors of the engineering project control to obtain the optimal plan.
