Discussion on Demand Model of Commercial Real Estate
Commercial real estate plays a vital important role in the urban development and construction. And its project generally lies in the city centre. Therefore, the development and construction of commercial real estate plays a decisive role to improve urban environment. This paper analyzes the relevant restrictive factors which constrain the demand of commercial real estate, furthermore, it discusses the construction of demand model of commercial real estate.
