The Analysis of Chinas Housing Price Based on the Demand

In the real estate market, housing price is determined by supply and demand. This article mainly analyses the reason of price rising from the demand angle. With regard to the housing demand caused by the Urbanization and the housing speculation, the author gives her own suggestions.
