Analysis of Talent Drain of Private Express Enterprises in China and Meassures
With the development of knowledge economy, talent war has become the major completion of private express business, and express enterprises are facing the problem of talent drain. There are several issues resulting from this problem, such as income, training, chances of promotion, management system and enterprise culture. Its important for all the enterprises to attach importance on human resource selecting, training and career planning, and to establish scientific and reasonable appraisal and payment system, fully make use of spiritual motivation and establish early-warning and predicting system of talent drain, enhance the management of human resources, etc. so as to decrease outflow of talent.
