Loyalty to Supervisor Mediated the Relationship Between Abusive Supervision and Loyalty to Organization

This paper uses empirical research methods to explore the relationship among abusive supervision, loyalty to supervisor, and loyalty to organization. The results showed that loyalty to supervisor mediated the relationship between abusive supervision and loyalty to organization. The results have very important implications for reducing the negative impact of abusive supervision, and increasing employees loyalty.
