The Necessity and Possibility of Developing Low Carbon Economy of China

摘要：

Low-carbon economy is increasingly concerned by social concerns. Accordingly, the article analyzes the necessity for a low carbon economy in China and puts forward a low carbon economy through the establishment of legal protection mechanisms and measures to solve energy problems, and promote the development of Chinas low-carbon economy.
