ANP & Its Application to Low-carbon City Innovation Ability Evaluation

摘要：

Based on the expurgation of low-carbon city ability, establish the evaluation model of low-carbon city innovation ability with knowledge innovation ability, technology innovation ability, system innovation ability, industry innovation ability, service innovation ability and innovation environment these 6 first level indices, and calculate the weight of every appraisal index by using ANP and Super Decision software, so it makes low-carbon city innovation ability evaluation system into operation, thus providing valuable references for low-carbon city ability evaluation.
