Study on the Competitiveness of the Software Outsourcing Industry in Jilin Province Based on Diamond Model
Based on the analysis on the factors influencing software outsourcing industry from the view of diamond model, this paper sets an indicator system. According to statistical data, the paper uses the principal component analysis to evaluate competitiveness of the software outsourcing industry. It shows that the competitiveness of Jilin province is at moderate level in China. In order to further develop the competitiveness of the software outsourcing in Jilin province, the paper puts forward some measures, that is: to optimize factors of production of software outsourcing industry, to explored European & American market on the basis of Japan, Korea market, to develop Industry Chain of software outsourcing industry, to promote the competitiveness of software outsourcing companies, to improve the soft environment.
