Research on the Mechanisms of Integration of Industry Chains Driven by Informatization
The paper discusses the question about mechanisms of integration of industry chains driven by informatization. The fact is that the node firms adopt the pattern of vertical integration, outsource or alliance to adjust the exchange relations with upstream and downstream firms after applying kinds of advanced information technologies and equipments in order to economize transaction costs and maximize profits, which leads to the reconstruction of industry chains and the realization of the final goal of industry innovation and value creation. The node firms phase of informatization differs, the pattern of industry chains integration is discrepant. The latter shows the regulative evolution trends along with the former development.
