The Research on the Plan Ontology Modeling Based on OWL

摘要：

This paper establish plan ontology Model based on the OWL, which has the entity concept - knowledge framework - ontology model of three-tier architecture, enabling effective management of emergency plan. This method is proved effective by the digital plan management subsystem integration tests.
