Tech-Knowledge Conformity in Innovation of High-Tech Enterprises

In this article author points out requirement of Tech-Knowledge conformity, and regarding software enterprises as example defines Tech-Knowledge conformity, analyzes innovation flow and characteristics, and expounds elaborately TechKnowledge conformity modes and ways based on techinnovation, and HR management ways promoting TechKnowledge conformity.
