The Decision Analysis and Methods for Enterprises to Retain the Core Human Resources
The core human resources are core competence for enterprises. Evaluation and development of the core human resources retention strategy are the keys to obtain core competence for enterprises. Based on quantitative research on decision analysis and methods, this article evaluates and formulates the enterprises core human resources retention strategies. The decision analysis and methods solve the problems, retain the core human resource for enterprise, and help the enterprise use data analysis to prevent the loss of core human resources.
