The Priority of Fuzzy Complementary Judgment Matrix and Its Application in Procurement Tenders for Government Project

摘要：

On the basis of AHP of the fuzzy consistent judgment matrix, we can directly determine the ideal priority vector by a genera formula for solving the fuzzy judgment matrix priority vector, so we will omit many unnecessary intermediate links, cut the calculating amounts, and its easy to understand and operate, otherwise its convenient to use and generalize. We can do some theoretical explorations for practical application by establishing the model of the government procurement tenders.
