Strategic Alliance for Enterprise Knowledge Management

摘要：

This paper discusses the content and mechanism of strategic alliance and knowledge management in enterprise, focus on the transfer, sharing, integration, collision and protection of the knowledge; and with Chinas reality, it proposes a number of countermeasures and proposals about knowledge management when establish corporate strategic alliance, especially multinational strategic alliance. Ensure that the alliance enterprises to share knowledge - enhance efficiency - competitive advantages in mutual promotion and a virtuous circle.
