The Study on Balance of Production Schedule and Capability of Deli Molded Products C0.LTD
Production schedule is an important part of normal operation of enterprises. In order to gain profits, the enterprise needs a scientific system for the major planning of parts production and workshop operation, thus to guarantee the completion of orders. This paper takes Deli Molded products Co. LTD as the specific case. This order manufacture enterprise belongs to the type of small batch production. First, the study had cleared the Enterprises production layout and product process. Then the researcher had collected production orders and the structure document of parts of one month. The study analyzed the relevant data of enterprise to calculate the enterprise equipments production capacity. By calculating the equipment utilization rate, the study analyzed the rationality of the enterprises production plan. Based on the theory of OPT & TOC, the study drafted the production plan, compared two production schedules, and finally evaluated economic benefit.
