Relevance of the education quality management issue is related to general benchmarks of the process of Education system enhancement. Education quality improvement is one of the most important priorities of the education policy in Belarus. Organization of a reliable quality assurance system is one of the key goals in modernization of the system of professional education and instruction in the Republic of Belarus.
