Research on Mechanism and Identification of Core Competitiveness in Large Construction Enterprises

The diversification of the construction market players, as well as the diversification of construction products and services, makes the construction market competition increasingly complex and intense. How to continue consolidating the domestic market and constantly developing the international market, how to improve their core competitiveness and maintain its sustainable competitive advantages, has become a development strategy of the construction companies, especially large construction enterprises (LCE). This paper defines the connotation of core competitiveness of LCE, analyzes elements of the core competitiveness, explores formation mechanism of the core competitiveness, and proposes an effective method of identifying its core competitiveness.
