Service Perception-Oriented Evaluation of the Manufacturing Resource Service Capability

摘要：

Manufacturing resource is the important node in the service chain of enterprise to provide services for all customers. Based on the analysis of service perception information on quality, we establish the evaluation model of manufacturing resources service capability. By means of the objective evaluation of the manufacturing resources service capacity, we provide scientific basis for enterprise to improve the service capacity of manufacturing resources and allocate manufacturing resources reasonably.
