Study of Entrepreneurship Enterprises Clusters Collaborative Innovation Mechanism Based on Endogenous Collective Action Perspective

摘要：

The willingness of endogenous collective action in enterprises clusters is an essential force to offer public goods. Based on the foundation of the enterprises entrepreneurial action and endogenous collective action, this paper studies the functions of leading enterprises, entrepreneurs, industry association and local government during cluster collaborative innovation process, puts forward relevant suggestions for successful techniques in the High-tech Park.
