CLOUD COMPUTING AND RELEVANCE TO TELCOS

摘要：

This article provides a new cloud computing model, which can be described in terms of its key characteristics and the variants in the types of service and deployment models. Then it analyzes the new model in detail and the relevance to telcos(telecommunication operators).
