Minna no Honyaku Hosting volunteer translators
This paper introduces a website called Minna no Honyaku (MNH, Translation for All), which hosts online volunteer translators. Its core features are (1) a set of translation aid tools, (2) high quality, comprehensive language resources, and (3) the legal sharing of translations. As of May 2010, there are about 1200 users and 4 groups registered to MNH. The groups using it include such major NGOs as Amnesty International Japan and Democracy Now! Japan.
