Numerical Simulation of Noxious Gas Diffusion in Spray Painting Workshop Based on FLUENT
Fluent, the software of Hydrodynamic uses the advanced discrete-technology and the technology of control of calculation precision. It is able to deal with the discretization of mathematical models and the way in which software calculates more properly. In the simulation of the rules how gas diffuses, you can get a better result of simulation and calculation with some precision of calculation. In this article we use the fluent software and take the steps of establishing a geometry model, meshing, setting related boundary conditions and solution methods. So that we can simulate the concentration field of dangerous gases in the painting workshop, and then contrast the change of concentration field of dangerous gases in a workshop by changing wind speed of air inlet, and analysis the spreading law of harmful gas generated in the painting technology. In this way we come to a conclusion that we can lower the risk of fire in the workshop by enlarging wind speed of air inlet.
