Research and Verification on Models of Relation between Professions and Majors Based on Neural Network and Bayes Net

摘要：

Relation between professions and majors plays an important part in predicting and improving university specialties setting. This article dwells on how to apply neural network classifier and bayes net classifier to the study of relation between professions and majors. It is an exploration to use data mining technology to solve these problems. The result of bayes net model reflects the statistic character of the relation while that of neural network model shows more inherent relation. The experiment result provides different information of different aspects about the profession and major relations.
