Optimization of Die Casting Plunger Velocity Using Distribute Control Algorithm
One defect of die-casting for high-speed injection molding, thus the optimum velocity control input of diecast plunger is optimized by using optimization with CFD simulator. However, the analyzed optimum value by using the optimization with CFD simulator is not consistently produced a good result. In this study, we analyzed the problem of the optimization with CFD simulator. And the goal of this study, therefore, was to design the optimization with CFD simulator which can consistently produce a good result.
